When you work with me as your buyer’s agent, my goal is to make the home-buying process clear, informed, and as smooth as possible from start to finish. I provide guidance with home searches, market analysis, showings, offer strategy, negotiations, contract support, and transaction management through closing. My compensation for buyer representation is 3% of the purchase price, and this is discussed with you openly at the beginning of our working relationship. I believe in complete transparency, so you will always understand the services I provide, the value I bring, and how my compensation is structured before moving forward.
